Our client, a busy Automotive Bodyshop in Dudley, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer/Paint Technician to join their busy dynamic vehicle repair team.

For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £55,000 and be working the hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch).

Skills:

- Prepare vehicles for painting through masking, sanding, and surface preparation
- Spray paint with high accuracy, ensuring perfect colour match and flawless final finish
- Use appropriate safety gear and always follow health and safety protocols
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets and maintain quality standards
- Stay updated on the latest spray-painting techniques and product innovations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive spray painting
- ATA accreditation preferred
- Strong understanding of spray technology, paint mixing, and surface preparation
- Ability to work independently and supervise junior team members when needed
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
