We are working with a well-established building services engineering contractor turning over approximately -40 million per year, who are looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller to support project delivery from their Basildon office.

This is a key role within the business, ensuring all project documentation is managed, controlled and distributed accurately across multiple live projects.

• Manage and maintain project documentation across multiple live projects

• Ensure all drawings, specifications and technical documents are correctly stored and distributed

• Control document workflows in line with company and project procedures

• Upload, track and manage documents using systems such as Aconex and Procore

• Maintain version control and ensure all stakeholders are working from current information

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors

• Support the project team with document tracking, reporting and administration

• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and audit requirements

• Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction or M&E / building services

• Experience using document control platforms such as Aconex and/or Procore

• Strong understanding of document management processes and workflows

• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with site and office teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• -30,000 - -40,000 basic salary (DOE)
