Robert Half Technology are working with a growing, venture-backed technology business to recruit an IT Manager - Mac Environment (Part time) on a contract basis for a minimum 6-month contract. Hybrid working - London based.RoleTake ownership of the existing IT function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a structured handover.Manage the macOS device estate using Microsoft Intune, including configuration, patching, application deployment and compliance.Administer Apple Business Manager and VPP, supporting automated enrolment and zero-touch provisioning.Manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, licensing and access controls.Oversee joiner, mover and leaver processes, including user access and device allocation.Manage IT support through Zendesk, including ticket triage, SLAs, escalations and user onboarding/offboarding.Maintain IT documentation, runbooks, asset registers and software inventories.Support security compliance activities, audit evidence and customer security reviews.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions.ProfileExperience managing an internal IT function, ideally within a start-up, scale-up or growing business.Strong hands-on experience with macOS, Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, VPP and zero-touch provisioning.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.Experience with IT support, access ..... full job details .....
