Core Technical Skills Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, including custom forms, list configuration, permissions, and integration patterns Ability to extend beyond out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities using Power Apps and JSON list/form customisation Proficient in Power Automate for automated workflows, approvals, and system integrations Clear judgment on when to use SharePoint OOTB, Power Apps, Power Automate, or custom connectors based on requirements Experience integrating SharePoint Lists with Jira (strong advantage) Hands-on experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, etc.) Familiarity with Dataverse and model-driven apps (nice to have)
