Adults Safeguarding Strategic Development and Board Manager We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Adults Safeguarding Strategic Development and Board Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing the Merton Safeguarding Adults Board''s (MSAB) strategic business planning processes and overseeing the governance and legal operation of the MSAB, with a clear partnership focus. Through this role, you will oversee the work of the MSAB and ensure that there is continual learning and improvement within Safeguarding Adults in Merton, ensuring the Board fulfils its statutory duties, meeting national and local requirements. You will possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills to develop and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders. You will be proactive in delivering results and engaging with the community and other partners. You will ensure that strategies, policies, and procedures relating to safeguarding adults are relevant, up to date and embedded across all partner agencies.
