Senior Process and Process Engineer jobs in Bicester, Oxfordshire Location: Bicester Hybrid A growing engineering and manufacturing business based in Bicester is looking to recruit a Senior Process and Process Engineer to join its engineering and production team. The Senior Process and Process Engineer will play an important role in supporting and improving manufacturing processes, maintaining production equipment and resolving technical issues across the business. This is a hands-on engineering position, working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and NPI teams to ensure efficient, reliable and high-quality manufacturing. The Senior Process and Process Engineer will have a strong mechanical engineering background, ideally with exposure to electronics, manufacturing equipment, test systems and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Process and Process Engineer jobs: Maintain, repair and improve production tools, equipment and manufacturing processes. Provide hands-on engineering support to Production, investigating and resolving build and test issues. Maintain and support production equipment, including thermal chambers, calibration tables, jigs and tooling. Support preventative maintenance and calibration activities, ensuring equipment remains safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
