Pinnacle Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Engineer to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Thames Valley region as part of the AMP8 framework. Working alongside the Site Agent and Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set out and oversee construction works in accordance with design drawings and specifications. Ensure all works are carried out safely, to programme and within quality requirements. Produce and maintain accurate site records, surveys and as-built drawings. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on site. Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications. Assist with planning site activities, resource allocation and short-term programmes. Raise and manage RFIs, technical queries and design issues. Monitor project progress and report to the Site Agent and Project Manager. Ensure all health, safety, environmental and quality standards are maintained. Support temporary works coordination and permit systems where required. Liaise with designers, client representatives and the wider project team to resolve engineering challenges. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Engineer within civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure projects.
