The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring effective transformation through the platform.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into D365 Fandamp;O solutions.- Lead and oversee functional aspects of solution design and implementation.- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes.- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver user-focused outcomes.- Conduct functional and end-to-end process testing.Skills andamp; Experience Required:- 5-6 years'' experience with D365 Fandamp;O; total experience 15+ years.- Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain modules.- Proven end-to-end ERP implementation experience.- Agile delivery experience with knowledge of sprints, user stories, and product backlogs.- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Azure, Office 365).- Experience in the energy sector is a plus.Additional Information:- Individual contributor role (no direct reports).- No budget or asset management responsibilities.
