We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming Primary School in Hatfield.This is a temporary position, and will provide invaluable experience in supporting the development of young learners, whilst supporting the busy and unexpected absences that occur in the school.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons for EYFS children.Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.Helping with the preparation of learning resources and activities.Providing one-on-one support to children, both academically and emotionally.Assisting with assessments and tracking the progress of students.Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children with their social and emotional development.Essential Requirements:DBS on the update service (this is a must) or willing to apply for a new DBS.Recent employment references.Eligibility to work in the UK (Right to Work documentation required).Experience working with children, ideally in an early years setting.A friendly, patient, and caring nature with a passion for working with young children.Desirable but not essential:Paediatric first aid qualification.Experience in supporting children with additional learning needs (ALN).Benefits:Supportive and welcoming school environment.Opportunity to develop your skills and experience in early years education.Competitive pa
