Insolvency Administrator
Insolvency Administrator – Manchester
£24,000 - £30,000 + depending on experience
I’m currently working on a new Insolvency Administrator position with an insolvency practice in Manchester.
The role would suit someone with around 12 months to 3 years’ insolvency experience who is looking for a role where they can continue to develop their experience across a varied caseload.
The work is mainly CVLs, but there is also exposure to CWUs, MVLs, IVAs and Administrations. You’ll be working closely with Josh and the IP, supporting them with the day-to-day running of cases.
The role will involve:
-
Progressing insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
-
Preparing statutory and case-related documentation
-
Dealing with creditors, directors and other stakeholders
-
Assisting with investigations and asset realisations
-
Dealing with creditor claims and distributions
-
Preparing reports and other case paperwork
-
Liaising with solicitors, agents and other professional advisers
-
Supporting the IP and wider team with the caseload
They’re looking for someone who already has some insolvency experience and understands the basics of case progression. CVL experience would be particularly relevant, although experience of other insolvency procedures would also be useful.
CPI would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
The salary is expected to be around £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
If you’re currently working in insolvency and are considering your next move, please submit your CV.
