Job role- Litigation Specialist Location- Chorley (office based) Salary 30,000 DOE We are seeking a motivated, organised and detailed-oriented litigation specialist. This position offers a chance to join our proactive and energetic team. As a litigation specialist, you will be primary responsible for: Assessing and preparing cases for litigation. Assisting panel and clients to meet court deadlines. Providing clear written and oral instructions to panel. Making informed decisions on quantum and liability to achieve favourable outcomes for clients. Main duties: Review and risk assess credit hire claims referred from our Recoveries team as a last resort for the prospect of litigation to achieve a favourable solution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide panel with clear and concise instructions, construct litigation packs with all relevant information and correspondence to enable panel to issue claims promptly and effectively. Build rapport and maintain effective communication with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the claims process.
