Field Sales Executive – Hospitality & Leisure Sector
Location: Hertfordshire (Field-Based with Monthly Visit to HQ near Bristol)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus, Car Allowance, Laptop & Mobile Phone

We’re hiring for a Field Sales Executive to join a commercially focused, customer-centric business supplying pubs, bars, hotels, golf clubs and leisure venues with a wide range of food and drink products.
This role is perfect for someone with strong B2B field sales experience, ideally within food, drink, or hospitality supply. You’ll be responsible for managing your own territory, securing new business, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business across a defined territory within the hospitality and leisure sector

Manage relationships with existing clients and increase their category spend

Represent an extensive portfolio of supplier partners in food and drink

Work closely with internal procurement and customer service teams to support client needs

Attend monthly team meetings at the company’s headquarters near Bristol

Maintain accurate records through internal CRM systems
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in field sales, ideally within foodservice, drinks distribution, or hospitality supply

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
-
A good understanding of the hospitality, catering, or licensed trade industries

Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools

Full UK driving licence
