Seeking to secure a hands-on IT Network Engineer to take responsibility for the configuration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Network and core IT Infrastructure across 4 School Sites - all within approximately 5-10 minutes'' walking distance. The role will focus predominantly on networking (60%), including Switching, Wireless Connectivity, Firewalls and Network Security, alongside providing 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support across Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Management, Windows Server and End User Computing Infrastructure (40%). Technical Skills Required: 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support: Troubleshooting complex Networking, Infrastructure, hardware and software issues through to root-cause resolution.
