MSX International is looking for a Quality Engineer to support our Volvo team by delivering product quality reporting and analysis in the EMEA region. The Role The Quality Engineer will collaborate with a team of quality follow-up engineers across Europe. You ll review dealer reports about vehicle defects, identify trends, and communicate findings to our Central organization in Sweden. The regional product performance team reports directly to the Central organization in Sweden. In addition, the Quality Engineer will: Record and maintain data in internal systems Monitor market trends for known and emerging defects Communicate with the local organisation on known issues and improvements Identify and report recurring defects and trends Provide customer-focused local knowledge and expertise Handle and respond to telephone calls and emails Qualifications About you Ideally, you have strong vehicle technical experience, preferably at Senior or Master Technician level within a franchised dealership. Alternatively, we would consider a Quality Engineer who can demonstrate great presentation and communication skills or strong IT skills to support data analysis.
