They are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a range of tasks in a busy office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding general administrative support to the business.Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.Assisting with social media and digital content.Writing and uploading news articles, project updates, and other content to help keep the company website current and engaging.Supporting the administration of health and safety documentation.Updating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) using company templates to suit individual projects.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is completed efficiently.Providing additional administrative support to the team as required.The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging website and social media content.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.The ability to prioritise workload ..... full job details .....
