The Role Reporting to the Production Planner, the Production Controller is responsible for all production administration tasks to ensure smooth operations in terms of production materials availability. Main Duties and Responsibilities Place Purchase Orders for material, based on the scheduling system for a 10-day window. Check / receipt the incoming material loads on Abaca. Plan the loads of material based on production needs. Managing inventory issues such as late and rescheduled orders with the Mills. Weekly stock checks for additional materials needed in production and pallets. Placing orders weekly for additional materials needed in production based on the stock levels. Remakes and rejection notes process and advise Material Resource Planner of remake delivery dates. Support Material / Production Planner with Late Orders File.
