Assist residents with daily living activities and provide support and companionship.Follow individual care plans and ensure residents receive one-to-one time as required.Support residents with meals and hydration, helping to maintain dignity and safety.Qualifications

Experience of caring for older people (preferred).Can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.Empathy, warmth and compassion to deliver high-quality care.Willingness to undertake training to thrive in the role.Additional information
