Temporary Administrator Part-Time Location: Outskirts of Chelmsford Pay: £13.50-£15 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 3pm Duration: Temporary, initially 1 2 months We re working with a small, established engineering and construction business on the outskirts of Chelmsford who are looking for a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to provide additional support to their team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you ll play an important part in keeping the office organised and ensuring the team has the information and documentation they need to keep jobs running smoothly. The assignment is expected to last around 1 2 months, making it ideal for someone who is immediately available and looking for a temporary opportunity with consistent, weekday hours. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls and directing queries to the relevant team members. Monitoring and managing the shared team inbox, responding to emails and following up where needed. Liaising with the team to obtain information and documentation required for site work. Preparing and generating quotes for jobs. Scanning, uploading and maintaining documentation on the company s central system. Keeping records and paperwork organised and up to date.
