The Role Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver a proactive, people-focused HR service, supporting the business through its continued growth and development. This is a predominantly strategic role, with a strong emphasis on coaching and supporting leaders, improving people management capability and aligning HR initiatives with wider business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact, with minimal transactional HR administration.
