This is a fully office-based role, working Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Provide confidential, one-to-one support to the Managing Director. Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, prioritising meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, presentations and supporting documentation. Manage emails, correspondence and follow-up actions on behalf of the Managing Director. Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
