We are currently seeking a Registered Manager to join our team and lead our care services in Canterbury.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care serviceEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsRecruit, train, and manage a team of care staffDevelop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholdersCreate and implement care plans for service usersMonitor and evaluate the quality of care providedManage budgets and resources effectivelyMaintain accurate records and documentationHandle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a management role within the social care sectorRegistered Manager qualification or willingness to obtain oneStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of relevant regulations and legislationAbility to work under pressure and make sound decisionsExperience in budget management and resource allocationProficient in IT and record kee
