The role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly-motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established building surveying team. Based from their offices in Leeds and covering projects across England, the successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects across a variety of sectors.

Experience/Qualifications:

Degree Qualified in Building Surveying
MRICS Qualified
Be able to build client relationships and ensure a high standard of Technical Services.
Previous experience working on heritage properties to include Grade 1 and 11 listed buildings would be beneficial.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of fee proposals for building surveying services.

Assist in the management or a large portfolio of properties for a variety of different clients across the UK.

Project management/contract admin on works ranging from andpound;20K up to andpound;2 million.

Provide a full range of Building Surveying services for both public and private sector clients to include fund monitoring, party wall, expert witness and dilapidations.
