As the first point of contact for clients, you''ll play a key role in delivering a professional and positive experience. You''ll also support the team behind the scenes- helping to market properties, manage client communications, and keep everything running smoothly.

What You''ll Be Doing

Welcoming clients and handling front-of-house reception duties

Supporting the team with property marketing, including selecting photography and managing home reports

Preparing sales and purchase documentation

Managing listings on property portals and coordinating price changes

Handling calls, emails, and web enquiries

Organising post, keys, and signage

Assisting with ad hoc projects and general office admin

What We''re Looking For

Essential:

A natural organiser with a methodical approach

Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Friendly, professional, and reliable

Desirable:

Experience in property or legal sectors

Knowledge of property sales processes and terminology

Strong communication and presentation skills

A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
