This is a hands-on role involving the decanting, repacking, weighing and blending of materials in a production environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are handled accurately, safely and in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards and health and safety procedures. A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction DutiesDecant and repack raw materials into designated containers.Accurately weigh, measure, mix and blend liquid and powder raw materials in accordance with formulations and procedures.Produce blended materials approved formulas and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Decant finished blends and compounds into specified containers and packaging.Ensure production activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.Quality and ComplianceCorrectly label all materials, containers, tanks, and buckets, including incomplete compounds.Complete all production documentation accurately and clearly.Prepare and submit samples to Quality Control when required.Adhere to company quality procedures and standards.Follow COSHH guidelines and safe ..... full job details .....
