Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Logistics Operative to support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations in Andover.

This temporary, six-week role offers -15 per hour, with travel and accommodation expenses covered. The successful candidate will help ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched efficiently, while also assisting with vehicle route planning.

• Receive, check and store incoming goods.

• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Move goods and materials around the warehouse.

• Prepare shipments and ensure orders are dispatched on time.

• Plan and control vehicle routes.

• Support general warehouse and logistics duties as required.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.

Desirable:

• A forklift licence or experience using warehouse equipment is advantageous but not essential.
