Technical Lead - Azure Cloud Infrastructure Global entertainment andamp; hospitality provider now requires a Technical Lead - Azure Cloud to define and drive their cloud and infrastructure strategy. This role will design new a new cloud architecture strategy, moving our clients on prem infrastructure to an Azure cloud environment. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver cloud and infrastructure strategy, architecture, and engineering standards. Design scalable, secure cloud solutions and lead cloud migration initiatives Establish governance, security, and compliance frameworks (eg IAM, encryption, risk management). Drive adoption of cloud-first and serverless approaches using modern PaaS and DevOps tooling. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimise performance, cost, and innovation. Own and maintain the cloud and network technology roadmap. Experience Required Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in large-scale environments. Proven experience leading cloud transformation and migration programmes. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (eg Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance standards (eg GDPR, ISO). Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery frameworks. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
