This rewarding role involves providing dedicated one-to-one support for a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access learning opportunities, develop key social and communication skills, and thrive within an inclusive nursery environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider early years team to deliver tailored support, ensuring the child receives the encouragement and structure needed to achieve their full potential.
