You''ll work alongside lecturing staff and specialist teams to support learners with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, including Autistic Spectrum Disorders, D/deaf learners, physical access needs, visual impairments and speech or language needs, so they can access STEM and technical curricula fully.You''ll help build the confidence and independence that allows learners to thrive, adapting your support to each individual both inside and outside the classroom.Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with lecturing staff to adapt classroom resources responsively, including enlarging text, modifying carrier language and using enabling technologies.Supporting students with reading, note-taking, word processing and metacognitive skill development both inside and outside the classroom.Empowering young people to achieve their personalised learning outcomes.What We''re Looking ForEssential:An empathetic, patient and tech-savvy approach to supporting ..... full job details .....
