We are looking to take on a SEND Teaching Assistant on a day-to-day basis with the opportunity for long-term roles for the right SEND Teaching Assistant. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be supporting students with a range of needs such as ASD, SEMH, and learning difficulties, working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support, manage behaviour, and promote engagement.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• At least 6 months experience working within a UK education setting
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
• A proactive and flexible attitude
