As a Machine Operative you''ll play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure efficient and accurate operation. Ensure all tasks are performed safely, following company policies and safety documentation such as risk assessments, control procedures, and safe systems of work. Promptly and transparently report any safety issues, accidents, incidents, or potential hazards related to the environment or equipment, in line with company guidelines. Support and uphold site cleanliness by following designated cleaning schedules. Consistently adhere to and uphold quality standards and procedures. Respond quickly and effectively to any disruptions or failures affecting productivity or processes. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors. Essential Skills: Experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
