Berry Recruitment Harlow is currently recruiting for a Street Cleansing Operative to join our client''s team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.About the Role:You''ll play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness of Harlow''s primary public areas. This is a hands-on, outdoor role.This position starts at 12.21 per hour but there will be a pay increase after 12 weeks to 13.45 per hour.You will be working Monday to Friday 07:30 - 15:30.Key responsibilities include:Manual street cleaning and litter collectionOperating equipment and handling heavy loadsWalking long distances and working in all weather conditionsOccasional weekend shifts as requiredDriving the van from location to location after completing a driving assessmentWhat You''ll Need:Basic understanding of health and safety practicesFull UK Driving LicenceClear communication skills and the ability to follow instructionsA friendly, professional manner when interacting with the publicAbility to complete daily reports accuratelyAdditional training may be provided to operate street sweeping machinery, based on performance.
