I am exclusively partnering with an established SME organisation to recruit a dynamic and commercially astute Finance Director, to join the board at an exciting time for the business.You will join at this critical stage of the company''s development to implement the finance strategy. The role will lead a small but established finance function and help continue to drive the business forward, enabling them to make strategic and commercial decisions based upon sound financial assumptions. The Finance Director will ultimately have the energy and passion to grow the business.You will be comfortable operating at board level, but equally as confident being hands-on and getting into the detail when required.Responsibilities:Set clear strategy for the overall finance function and clearly show how this improves business performanceEnsure that the finance function has robust processes that are able to scale as the business grows, producing timely, accurate financial information and disciplined financial controlsAble to provide business performance analysis and valuationProvide all budgeting / forecasting and decision support materialBring a strong financial perspective to strategic plans, including impacts on cash, growth and profitabilityYou:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Previous experience within an SME businessStrong business partnering and c-suite level engagementAbility to influence at all levels and build co-operative relationshipsThe motivation and ambition to drive innovat
