This is a key role within the finance function, requiring an experienced financial controller who can provide strong financial governance, strengthen controls and operate effectively within a medium to complex organisational environment. The Role As Group Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for the effective operation of the Group''s financial control environment, ensuring robust processes, accurate reporting and strong financial governance. You will work closely with senior finance stakeholders and the wider business, providing both hands-on leadership and technical expertise. Key responsibilities will include: Leading and overseeing the Group financial control function. Ensuring robust financial controls, governance and processes are maintained. Supporting accurate and timely month-end and financial reporting. Reviewing and improving existing processes and controls. Identifying control weaknesses and implementing appropriate improvements.
