To support this growth, they are seeking a talented Mechanical Estimator to join their expanding and collaborative estimating team. The Role The ideal candidate will have a trimble software experience, a strong background in pipework and be confident in producing accurate estimates for all types of commercial pipe installations. What you''ll be doing: Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for commercial and data centre projects. Interpret drawings and specifications to produce accurate costings. Work closely with the pre-construction and project teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids. Utilise Trimble software for take-offs and measurements. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. What you''ll need: Minimum 5 years experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the building services industry. Strong knowledge of pipework systems and commercial installations. Proficient in Trimble estimating software. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
