What You''ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with businesses and candidates across the UK.
• Developing new business opportunities and growing your own client base.
• Identifying and attracting talented candidates for a variety of vacancies.
• Managing recruitment campaigns from initial enquiry through to successful placement.
• Using LinkedIn, job boards and networking to source high-quality candidates.
• Negotiating offers and supporting candidates throughout their job search.
• Working towards targets, earning commission and developing your career.
• Becoming a specialist within your market and building a reputation with clients and candidates.
