Job Title: Small Works Plumber / Water Hygiene Engineer Salary: Flexible depending on experience Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week Annual Leave: 25 days per annum Role Overview We are working on behalf of our client, a well-established compliance and water management specialist, who is seeking an experienced Small Works Plumber to join their growing team. The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery of water management and Legionella control services, ensuring full compliance with current legislative and regulatory requirements across client sites. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting water management and remedial plumbing works, including: Providing technical advice and guidance to team members and site operatives in relation to Legionella and water hygiene legislation Undertaking small remedial plumbing works, including: Dead leg removal Tank painting and replacements TMV servicing and replacements Pipe lagging Point-of-use water heater replacements Installation of Chlorine Dioxide units Softener servicing (training provided) Installation of telemetry units Calorifier inspections (visual and endoscopic) Calorifier blowdowns Expansion vessel flushing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks Carrying out cleaning and chlorination of domestic water systems and cooling towers Managing and supervising heating and chilled water closed system analysis Producing detailed technical reports Maintaining
