The role will include the following. Assist on a full range of building surveying instructions on a variety of commercial and residential properties, throughout the UK.Undertake and assist with inspections and prepare reports for commercial and residential clients.Support other building surveyors and senior staff in the contract administration and management of building construction projects, undertaking condition surveys, preparation of specifications for repair/redecoration works, defectdiagnosis and providing advice on dilapidations and Party Wall matters.Maintaining strong relationships with our clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
