I am currently partnering with a large growing PE backed company who are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner (FPandA). My client is a global business which is >£300m revenue and growing rapidly in this current market, they have added head count to the current finance team this year and looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to drive their career forward. This is a newly created role where you will be reporting into the Finance Director and work in a small team, partnering with local finance teams across the globe. For this role you will be comfortable working with global teams influence decision making and drive strategic initiatives while partnering with finance and non-finance senior stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone coming from an FPandA function or Business Partnering role within a larger, growing business. Or someone looking to transition from a listed company to a large PE backed company. You key responsibilities will include; Evaluate capital expenditures and investments related to expansion, ERP upgrades or MandA.Execute strategic initiatives which support key business decisions.Work with site teams to review the short term cash flow forecast and it''s aligned with the medium term.Provide commercial and cost management insight and preform ad-hoc analysis.Understand site monthly reporting and ensure this is clearly communicated to Group.Partner with key functions and stakeholders across the business.Own the PandL for the global teams.
