You will have PLC fault finding experience and will hold a relevant apprenticeship (or equivalent).The Lead Maintenance Engineer role is a hands-on position responsible for leading planned maintenance and fault diagnostics. You will work in a pair and will act as the technical authority on the shift.The Lead Maintenance Engineer Role: Technical lead on site per shift driving continuous improvement, mentoring the team and coordinating maintenance activities PPMs and Reactive Maintenance Working with conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, PLCs etc. Support the installation of new equipment Shift handoversThe Lead Maintenance Engineer Candidate: Experienced multi skilled engineer Experience in a FMCG environment (or similar) Apprentice trained (or equivalent)
