You will join a friendly Finance and Database Team and play a key role in managing the organisation s CRM database (Donorflex). Salary: £42,000Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will line manage one Senior Database Officer and be responsible for maintaining high standards of data accuracy, integrity and compliance.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing income processing and codingManaging service user data and Gift AidProducing data selections and reportsSupporting colleagues with database queriesImproving database processes and integrationsAbout you:You will have experience managing a CRM database and line managing staff, with strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
