Job Title:Part Time AdministratorLocation: Ashford (Due to location, own transport is essential)Salary: 28,000 per annum (Pro rata)Hours: Monday to Friday 09:30 - 14:30 (Office based)OverviewAn established, fast-paced business is looking for a Part Time Administrator to join the supply chain team. The successful candidate will support purchasing and production functions by managing supplier communications, processing orders and goods paperwork, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.Key responsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for suppliers, building and maintaining professional relationshipsProcess purchase orders accurately and efficiently using the company''s purchasing systemProcess goods in paperwork and ensure all documentation is complete and filed correctlyCheck and collate order acknowledgements, flagging discrepancies or delaysLiaise with scheduling and production teams regarding delivery updates and changes to lead timesMonitor order status, follow up with suppliers on outstanding items and provide regular updates to stakeholdersMaintain accurate purchasing records and assist with month-end reporting and inventory reconciliationSkills and experience required:Proven experience in an administration roleConfident communicator able to act as the primary contact for suppliers and to coordinate with production/scheduling teamsAbility to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and work accurately under pressureStrong organisational skills and a
