Location: London, hybrid Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a Senior DA Pricing and Analytics Manager to join a well-established insurance business in London on a hybrid basis. This is a senior leadership role within a delegated authority environment, combining pricing, analytics, data governance and team management. You will lead a specialist team, provide insight into underwriting and product performance, and help strengthen the quality and use of data across the business. Key responsibilities of the Senior DA Pricing and Analytics Manager include: Leading and developing the Pricing and Analytics team. Overseeing pricing activity across delegated authority products. Reviewing pricing models, commissions and analytical approaches. Improving data quality, governance and reporting across underwriting and product teams. Leading the development of MI dashboards and wider analytics initiatives. Providing clear performance insight to senior stakeholders. Supporting product reviews and ongoing monitoring activity. Working closely with underwriting, product and other internal teams on pricing and data-led projects. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful Senior DA Pricing and Analytics Manager will have: Strong experience in personal lines pricing within insurance. A solid understanding of underwriting and pricing performance.
