Shift Pattern 4 on / 4 off - days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)No Saturday night shifts Responsibilities Reporting to the Shift Team Leader, you will work closely with production and engineering leadership: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on manufacturing equipmentAttend breakdowns and complete mechanical repairs efficientlyEnsure all maintenance activity is logged and recorded accuratelyIdentify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysisLiaise with engineering management regarding parts, spares, and improvementsWork as part of a small multi-skilled engineering teamSupport and mentor junior engineers where requiredPromote and maintain high Health and Safety standardsContribute ideas to improve reliability, process flow, and engineering best practiceSupport building maintenance as directed Requirements Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, ideally within an FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environmentSolid understanding of mechanical systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, fillers, wrappers, mixers etc.Basic electrical understanding (advantageou
