About the RoleConstruo Recruitment is working on behalf of a respected main contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, and public sector developments.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site activities and manage subcontractors

Ensure health and safety compliance across all operations

Monitor project progress and report to senior management

Coordinate materials, labour, and logistics efficiently

Maintain quality control and site documentation

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to manage programmes and drive productivity

Experience working on commercial or public sector projects is a plus
