This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to lead a central legal support function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative and client support services across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and support the Legal Support Services team, including legal administrative assistants, client services and telephony staff. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the shared legal support function, ensuring an efficient and accurate service is provided. Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service standards, taking appropriate action where required. Ensure administrative workflows are completed accurately and within agreed timescales to support legal teams across the firm. Supervise front-of-house reception and client service functions, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors. Oversee the timely transcription of legal dictation using speech recognition technology. Review and monitor the opening and processing of new client and matter files, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
