Location: Cardiff (office-based) Salary: £35,000 £45,000, depending on experience Start date: Early January 2027 About the Role Mon Geotech is a growing geotechnical consultancy looking for an Engineer or Engineering Geologist to join our team in Cardiff in early January 2027. This is an opportunity to work directly with the company s founder, a Chartered Civil Engineer, gaining hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of geotechnical projects. From planning ground investigations and interpreting site data to undertaking geotechnical design and preparing technical reports, you ll be involved in a varied range of work from day one. As a small, engineer-led consultancy, we offer something different from a larger organisation. You won t be confined to one area of a project or spend your time carrying out repetitive tasks. Instead, you ll lead and manage defined packages of work, develop your technical skills and gain a clear understanding of how projects are delivered from start to finish.
