We are currently recruiting for our busy Food Manufacturing client based in Wakefield, J41 for Production Operatives. Hours of work are 12 hour shifts working on a 4 on 4 off rota. Payrate : 12.71 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday. Main duties: Working on a production line making and packaging bread and bakery products. Checking products for quality, weight, appearance and packaging. Moving materials or finished products when required. Packing finished products ready for delivery to shops and customers. Completing production records and quality checks. Keeping the production area clean and following strict hygiene standards. Following health and safety procedures at all times. Skills and Qualities : Reliable and Punctual. Good Teamwork and Communication skills. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Good attention to detail. The role will involve standing and repetitive tasks. Previous experience in food production would be useful, although training will be provided.
