Now Hiring: Lead AV Engineer – Luxury Residential Projects. I’m currently working with a fantastic client who is looking for a Lead Audio Visual (AV) Engineer to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. Location: Surbiton, Surrey (within -20 miles). Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic (no commission). Additional: Weekend overtime (once a month) + on-call rota. Benefits: 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) + your birthday off, pension, and other company perks. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on high-end residential projects across Surrey and London, working with premium systems such as Lutron, Crestron, KNX, and a wide range of Audio, Video, and Cinema installations.Responsibilities

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the high-end residential AV sectorLutron Homeworks Certified, Crestron Certified, or Control4Strong IT and AV rack-building skillsEye for detail and problem-solving mindsetStrong communication skills with clients and teamsClean UK driving licenseHow to apply
