SF Partners are working with a business in Birmingham who are looking for a Contracts Manager on an interim basis until March 2027 £500 per day (Umbrella Inside IR35) The Role As Contract Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of contracts from mobilisation through to completion. You''ll ensure suppliers meet their contractual obligations, monitor performance, manage change, and provide commercial support that enables successful project delivery. Working across multiple teams, you''ll play a key role in maintaining strong supplier relationships while ensuring robust governance, compliance and commercial best practice. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of strategic supplier contracts throughout their full lifecycle. Oversee contract change requests, ensuring they progress through governance and approval processes efficiently. Monitor supplier performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans where required. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful contract delivery. Produce regular reports on contract performance, spend, risks and key commercial metrics. Develop and implement contract management plans that drive performance and continuous improvement. Manage contract mobilisation, transitions, renewals and exit activities. Monitor service levels and administer contractual remedies, including service credits and warranty claims where applicable.
