We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Team Leader based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time initial 12 month contract with a view to going permanent basis. Summary of the Facilities Team Leader role Salary: £35,000 - £45,000Location: Milton Keynes Type of Contract: Initial 12 month contract with a view to going permanentHours: 37.5 hour working week 8.30am-5pm Responsibilities of the Facilities Team Leader Work closely with the Operational team to ensure efficient running of the workplace environmentLead on-site facilities teams, providing guidance and supportOversee day-to-day office and building operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all facilities services over multiple sites - both office and manufacturing.Support end-to-end procurement processesMaintain accurate facilities records, compliance documentation, reports, and asset information.Coordinate communication across facilities teams and contractorsPromote and enforce health, safety, environmental, and security standards across all locations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.Monitor office operations Act as the point of contact for facilities-related enquiries and issues Requirements for a successful Facilities Team Leader Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectivelyPrevious experience leading a team Direct experience leading an on-site facilities teamPrevious experience working ..... full job details .....
